In four years I have done two claims and their inspectors and claim executives are there only to look for ways not to take care of customers but to give you excuses on why your claim is not covered.
My first claim about the hail damage. they said it was a minor damage and it was under my deductible value. the second time more wind damage and hail plus water leak. They said it was my fault because I did not repair previus damage. even dough my roof never leaked before. They said it was damage related and there forward not responsible.Please give me a brake. I need a tornado to tear my roof so they may consider. All my neighboards got new roof but my house. Stay Far Away from this company.
