My Partner and I stayed at your Hotel last night at the last minute. We were both incredibly impressed with the facility, the cleanliness of the room, the impeccable service and the food - amazing!
Of course I am sure we could have complained about inconsequential things like some others have chosen to do, but we really can't fault our stay.
One of the stand-outs for us was the staff and their kindness, politeness, encouragement and thoughtfulness, in particular the waitress in the Restaurant, she was so incredibly happy, helpful, exuberant and it was very obvious she absolutely loves her job. Such an incredible and rare quality these days, it honestly was a pleasure to watch her work and interact with her.
The young bearded fellow who helped us and took our payment when we were leaving was a delight also. They were both so friendly, polite and kind and it is something that you very rarely see these days. Thank you!
I usually get names to pass on to management however, I had been quite ill and didn't even think to I'm sorry.
I must also mention that the meals we ordered on the Tuesday evening, were absolutely delicious. We both ordered the crumbed cutlet special with mac and cheese and I was pleasantly surprised. Not something I would normally order and in fact, I haven't eaten cutlets in years because I just don't like the dry, overcooked, hard, chewy and ridiculously doughy serves but these were far from that. Tender, moist and melted in your mouth, the lamb was cooked to perfection. The mac and cheese was quiet delicious also.
The room was very comfortable and warm, the mini bar was well stocked and the prices of the room, the meals and the mini bar were all very reasonable. We were both suitably impressed.
If we are ever passing through from Newcastle again, we will be sure to stop here and we will certainly be telling our family and friends to do so too.
Thank you for such a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
