I recently had a heating system installed by this company, and I must say I was impressed with their professionalism and expertise. The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous, and the installation was completed in a timely manner. However, the communication regarding the scheduling could have been better, as I had to follow up multiple times to confirm the appointment. 🤔 Also, the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other quotes I received. Overall, the quality of work was good, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer communication and pricing transparency. I would consider using them again, but I hope to see improvements in these areas.
