Equipement is not being fixed for a long time but the main issue are the FEES and extremely hard time cancelling the memberships. During Covid when the club was closed, I was still charged so I tried to cancel the membership via email listed on their website. They changed the email in the meantime so I had to send another cancellation email, accordingdly to a message at their front door stating to contact via email for any membership changes. The email has been ignored. I went into the club to finaly cancel the membership but the owner talked me into freezing it instead, which I did. The last freeze day, I sent a cancellation letrer by mail. They still charged me a cancellation fee, following month charges and membership renewal fees! While I already paid my last month fee when I signed up for no-contract membership! Just to add they ignored my family members cancellation notice and sent them to COLLECTION! I do not recommend to anyone!

Edit: I just checked that I was charged for March 2020 when club was closed. All information which I included are true. You only addressed the first part of ny review, please respond to the other part which is true as well.
