Stood in line out in the hot sun for literally an hour (16:02 to 17:06). When we finally got to the window, the people before us had ordered, been served, and left, and there was still no one appearing to take our order. It took someone popping a head in the window and asking if anyone was available to take an order for someone to saunter over and nonchalantly ask what we wanted. None of the staff seemed to be working very fast or efficiently. Service was incredibly slow. One employee, after attempting twice to dip a cone in chocolate and failing, asked if we would take it in a cup instead. The food quality was decent, but definitely not worth the hour wait, or the somewhat steep price tag.
