I've been a member at this gym for 3 years now and my only regret is that I didn't join when it first opened. The quality in programming and staff here at Sua Sponte is bar none, there is no comparison. I have found this time and time again as I travel often for work, and have had the pleasure of dropping in at several other boxes. So if your looking for a box to drop in at, or considering giving crossfit a shot, then look no further. You're not going to find a better gym.
