A 100 people in line and 6 ticket sellers. They need to do better. Also no one at the coat check room and the staff so did not care. I went to the information desk to complain and was told 'there IS no one at the coat check, you have to give it to the security guard'. Like how was I supposed to know that? Put up a sign! It's not that difficult and it helps.

35 minutes in line and the city pass isn't an option for us and we can't defect to the short membership line since we have a reciprocal museum membership.

In the Bistro...40+ people trying to get food and exactly three line cooks. You'd do better to order a pizza from an outside pizzeria.

Terrible logistics. Plan ahead. Museum of Science and Industry handles this waaaaaay better ime.
