My first time at Tuttons and I will definitely visit the place again.
The atmosphere was very nice. The staff very friendly and helpful. I was invited for a Christmas dinner there. The dinner took place in one of the private rooms in the basement. The room was nicely decorated but a bit small.
The food was delicious. For starter I had the Oak smoked Scottish Salmon. Well cooked and big portion.
The main was Confit Duck leg. It exceeded my expectations! It was so appealing and tasteful. The best dish for me though it was the dessert. Blueberry and almond tart. It was amazing, delicate and rich at the same time. I would definitely go back to Tuttons for this dessert.
The wine I had was the
Ca di Ponti Catarratto, IGT Terre Siciliane . It was very fruity and approachable dry white wine with delicate taste.
Overall I had a pleasant experience and I would love to go again. Also I love the location as Covent garden is always a lively place to visit in the evening.
