Had a summer membership here a while back, but recently tried out the location when i was in the area for an extended weekend. The gym is large, but has a lot of other facilities (tennis, pool, hockey rink) that I didn't take into consideration for this review. All the equipment has seen better days, looks like they've been in use for a while, but still decently well maintained. They have a good amount of racks and benches to accommodate a big gym crowd, and an upstairs cardio section to keep traffic separate from the weights. They have everything you can want there, and the people lifting seem to put back their weights. I find this place has a better atmosphere than LA Fitness, and the equipment here seems the same as what LA Fitness has. Would be willing to train here if I lived in the area.
