Melange catered our wedding, and they were fantastic. The staff was organized, timely, and professional throughout the cocktail hour and reception. The food was delicious - our vegan, vegetarian, omnivorous, and carnivorous guests equally loved the buffet options and could not stop raving that this is the best wedding food we ve ever had!
