Experience of the purchase of vehicle and test drive was smooth! Thank you Juan.

Negative experience was post purchase. We added accessories and warranty to the vehicle with the Honda reps verbal of "we could remove if we didn't want to keep it."

WATCH OUT for the fine print of paperwork "60 days to get accessories installed upon their availability, otherwise no refund and they won't perform the work." vs a verbal discussion.

Small $ item, but big frustration as Honda reps verbalized something different to us in person when we added the accessories onto invoice and never communicated to us there was a 60 experation.

Sales Mgr was polite while discussing the situation, but the situation doesn't seem like good business practice to charge without services/product being rendered.
