One star is too much for these incompetent buffoons. Do not ever deposit money with these people. When I first joined in 2016 I had to open a new bank account in order to receive my first lump sum from my British Pension, because they were incapable of sending it to my Credit Union.
In October 2018 I requested a further sum in order to purchase a parcel of land and am here in April 2019 still waiting. They claim to have sent it 4 times, but I have seen no evidence of such. They claim it is returned each time, but when asked why, they "don't know", but are quick to tell me there is a charge of $30 for sending it. I have no evidence that they even tried. None of the banking institutions involved will discuss the matter with me but STM Malta cannot be bothered to enquire into the matter. I am thoroughly disgusted. Avoid them like the plague!
I have no option but to open a bank account and remove all my funds which will undoubtedly involve a large loss. Thanks for nothing STM Malta.
