The place is decent. Lots to do. Booking the cabana is free sort of. You pay $50/day extra so it isnt free. The beach towels are free and unlimited. The monster water slide on the beach is great among many other things to do. The WiFi is free but average at best. Keeps cutting out. The rooms are nice but I was on the top floor and noisy you can hear everyone AC turning on and off. The concerage staff not all that helpful. To be a 4 or 5 star the concerage staff need to be friendlier and provide better service. The rooms need to be checked and serviced better. I had defrost the fridge to make it work better. Lots of frost build up. It's a 3.5 star. If there wasnt so much to do on the resort it would get a 3.
