Pleasant staff. Well appointed room. All the amenities. Good safe. Didn't particularly care for the smart elevator, though, otherwise, wonderful experience. Easy access to the rest of Los Angeles for my friends. Was able to make arrangements and plan accordingly. Got helpful, but not overbearingly so so, assistance, when needed. A+
