I'm reserving judgment until I actually take my vehicle in for service - but I was unable to make an appointment without providing the VIN. I suggested that they retrieve the VIN when I bring it in (I don't have it with me at work) - but that was not acceptable. This has to be one of the stupidest rules I have ever heard of, and it makes me nervous when considering all of the negative comments posted here. Makes you wonder who is running the place, and if the owner is aware?
