Had a good lunch there. Our server for lunchtime, Carlos, was very attentive, well mannered, friendly and was very efficient. Great service. However, the old man serving at the Pho area made me wait for a very long time for Basil after I told him the Basil container has been empty. He made me wait, and instead, he refilled the spinach and bean sprouts container of the PHO station and did not bother to refilled the Basil. It a good a young man helped me by refilling the empty Basil container right away. The old oriental old man was still upset as I was leaving the PHO station. Bad experience!
