I have been dealing with the office of Attorney Mark A. Kirkorsky, P. C., for several months now on a water filtration system my husband and I purchased for our house in GA. Due to some unforeseen difficult circumstances from identity theft to serious illnesses which led to hospitalization on both me and my husband, we had to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy which included this water filter bill with Pinnacle Finance. Later on our bankruptcy was discontinued at our request by the GA court where it was filed. Now we are paying our remaining balance on this costly water filter at $50 a month. We hope we will be able to pay more several months later, we hope and pray. Anyway both his receptionist and Mark have always dealt with me in a most courteous and professional way in all my dealings with them. I have had very positive dealings with this law firm. I rate them as a good group of people who are doing the best that they can to get my debt paid and to get their bills paid.
