Careful of what you are sold here. I had a membership here pre-COVID and it was a good experience. A little pricey for what you get given no outdoor areas, but generally a good experience. I signed back up in November after being told they were "fully open". Not true. They have very restricted hours (basically when I was working) as well as limited classes. I had assumed they had the same hours they had pre-COVID, given they were advertising on their website that they were "fully open". I told the sales guy one of the reasons I wanted to rejoin was because they have hot yoga and I was looking forward to it again. Once I was signed up I went to schedule my hot yoga classes only to find out they are not being offered (along with many other classes that are offered when they are "fully open"). Also, weekend hours are pretty limited, and given they open early and close early, I just couldn't justify the cost. I decided to pay the extra for Lifetime Fitness in Frontenac since they are much more open and accommodating to their members. After two months of this, I tried to end my membership that required a 3 month commitment, they charged me the third month, even though they had been deceptive in their sales and marketing. Just sharing my experience so others aren't surprised. Be sure you investigate all the details and don't assume based on past experience.
