Stay away. This slick looking company doesn't even list that it doesn't copy Beta Cam tapes. It says it copies Beta, but doesn't simply specify this small but important exception.
I mailed in three Beta Cam tapes and a few weeks later I got an email telling me they couldn't copy them. So I called in and asked for 2-day UPS shipping to get my irreplaceable tapes back to me as quickly as possible. The agent said no problem, charged my card, and I thought I was all set. Two days later, no package, only an email telling me I would have the package in 4 more days.
So I called and spoke to a supervisor. She apologized profusely, promised an email follow up that day...nothing. No email, no call. Just a bunch of smoke and mirrors.
Stay local, walk your tapes/photos in to a reputable store. Don't ship it to these people.
