The phone call indicates things are warrantied, then they indicate it is no when you arrive. No problem. they determine things are not working, but don't even recommend replacing them. My battery died at a gas station a day after having the Yukon serviced. In fact, things were working better before I took the car in. I have directed so many friends and family away from this company. Just pathetic and shady.
