My apartment has roaches, and I spray it at least once a month but they don't do anything to de-infest the building. At least once a week one of the elevators is broken, the hot water is always being repaired, sometimes my water is even brown! They call themselves a luxury apartment management company- what a joke! They should be ashamed.
