I recently reached out to this engine and gearbox provider for some replacement parts, and I must say, the experience was less than satisfactory. The website is informative, but the customer service left much to be desired. 🌐

When I inquired about specific components, the responses were slow and rather vague, making it difficult to gauge the availability of what I needed. 📞 The lack of proactive communication was frustrating. Furthermore, when the parts finally arrived, they were not up to the quality I expected.

While I appreciate a wide range of products, quality control seems to be an issue here. I was hoping for a smoother process, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. 🛠️
