What started out as a negative experience turned into a wonderful one thanks to technician Mark Corey and general manager Billy Amacker. After the problem with my ac was misdiagnosed and I thought I was then being overcharged to fix the original problem, in spite of the fact I had paid for the first visit, I talked to Billy and he immediately rescinded the first charge.
Mark was amazing. With good humor and tact, he explained in detail what the charges were for and quickly fixed the unit. I ve never felt so good about paying for a service!
