Very rude staff. Customer service is severely lacking. Im betting all this 5 star reviews are employees or people whom have never been to a hospital and experienced real customer service. I will never bring any member of my family there again. I will by all means drive right past it to the next hospital. There's a reason why the reviews are lower at Francis in comparison to other hospitals in COS.
