You get what you pay for here. Yes, it's cheaper, but you have to deal with hours on the phone calling before you can actually speak to a real person to get anything done. Getting medications refilled here is a headache to say the least; I don't know why something as simple as that can be so difficult. The staff is clearly stretched thin, and it shows. And the last time I brought my dog here for tests, their EKG machine "wasn't working," so the very important test that they THEMSELVES told me I should get for my dog was left off the list -- and oh great, they don't have any new appointments for the next SIX WEEKS. Such incompetence. Save yourself the hassle and just eat the more expensive bill somewhere else.
