Very nice hotel, nice staff and great style of the room, comfy bed, very good breakfast, nice bar

queues at the reception desk too long, nobody was picking up the phone, so I have written a message on a fast-check out sheet to call me back as I wanted to stay one more night. but this message has not been read by the staff and I have been checked out automatically.

room services was not cleaning the room before 1.30pm. That is very late, I think.

one last thing with regards to the "towel - safe the trees" thing is not working, towels have been changed every day even if I have hung them up.
