Trying to contact these people is both frustrating...

Trying to contact these people is both frustrating and impossible. I was contacted by them to give a reference for an employee. They ask you for your personal data but when you have query and try to contact them, it is infuriating. You try all the numbers , the automated menus are inappropriate but you have to choose one and the sames goes for the sub-menues until eventually you make a choice that means they hang up on you. If you don't need to, I wouldn't bother!
