Cons

Work life balance might go for a toss at the beginning, the organization is very demanding. However the organizations gives a lot of perks to compensate.

The workplace culture is incredible as this is the first company that I have worked for where they truly value and care about you. The best part of this job is helping people get jobs.
Keep going the way you are. Its difficult to grow at the pace at which usamp is growing, and even more difficult to sustain the growth.
