Awful designs for the Fylde road student housing scheme and now they have surpassed it with the monstrous Maudland Bank student housing proposal. Does the practice not have any design sensibilities or quality control, just look at that elevation to the Mauldland bank scheme!
It's a shame that Preston has the opportunity to improve upon it's Architectural heritage although the likes of these substandard developments and Architectural practices are taking the City backwards!
