I have been trying to resolve my EXTREMELY SLOW speed issues (see attached screenshots) and have had no luck for a week. This service is completely useless to me. I cannot get online. I have been hung up on 5x. Last week I was told a new modem was being shipped, that a repair person would drop off at my door the following day, practicing no contact service. I am still waiting. If this review catches anyone's attention within AtlanticBB, would you please contact me? I discontinued svc with Consolidated Communications for this very same reason. If I can't get this resolved soon, I will be lodging a complaint with the FCC.
