Poor costumer service, they never call when late a...

Poor costumer service, they never call when late and the costumer service phone line takes over 30 minutes to answer but if you call to open a new contract then they answer you right away.
They make me loose my Doctor appointment, the thecnician was late 3 hours from the schedule time, but they don t call to update you.
So you may loose a whole day waiting for service that may not happen at all.
They don t t give any solution in a pleasing way and they expect you to reschedule if you can t wait the delayed technician so most probably you will end up loosing 2 days. They don t care and the supervisors are not available either at your request. DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!
