The article on sonic attack was outstanding. Espe...

The article on sonic attack was outstanding. Especially considering this is happening in our neighborhood, and no one wants to say who authorized it. I have chased the ultrasonic sound now for a year. You are awaken in the middle of the night by the noise and there is no one to help. I have recorded in for one year. I have had tinnitus and ear infections. I understand the health concerns are catastrophic in nature, tinnitus, heart trouble, cancer, deafness, imploding of body organs and brain damage. I have tried to contact the EPA and the FBI, and local authorities, but they all say they don't do "noise" -- sonic attacks. Our situation is that they want our land. We live in a historical district. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Here it is a year later, only to find out its a real estate developer from Florida who is behind the scam. They are rendering our homes inhabitable so we will move. They don't want to pay for them. They are forcing us out with this electrical transmission sound. Update: As of 11/25/2018 the noise persists and can only be compared to electromagnetic interference. Have visited city council to make them aware of the environmentally hazardous condition. OSHA was unable to help, and so was DOE in Washington. The neighborhood is being regentrified. I consider this a hostile takeover. The noise is because we refuse to sell the property.
