we filed a claim right before Thanksgiving and was not able to get a plumber to come check what happened . They are now saying they are canceling our claim before and never gave us a warning or anything. They say they did but we never got anything in the mail at all we have been keeping any mail we get from them or anything since this is still a newer house for us.
