Cris Miller is the most unprofessional loan officer I have encountered, and one of the most unprofessional people I have encountered. He constantly called my girlfriend sweetie over the phone and through email. He made promises he could not keep. He constantly requested the same documents (that we had already sent to him) over and over. He made THREE erroneous credit checks and made no effort to fix the issue stating that they were accidental. I would truly love to know how you can accidentally pull someone s credit even once, and then do it multiple times? I could not be more dissatisfied with my home buying process. I was a first time homebuyer, and the whole experience was a nightmare. Cris Miller attributed to that.
