We spent an evening at the hotel. Our initial feeling checking in was very positive. The valet service and front desk check in was extremely professional. They staff accommodated our large truck with bikes on the rack to be parked in front of the hotel entrance.

However, we are extremely disappointed with our response (lack of response) to a lost and found case. Our toddler has two small stuff animals in a shape of a rooster that he cannot sleep without. We unfortunately left them in your hotel probably under the pillows. While, we understand that it was our responsibility to check the entire room prior to leaving, we have contacted the office multiple times to inquire about the roosters. We have left multiple voice mail messages with lost and found and management and as of a week out, not a single person has called us back. The toy has no real monetary value but is priceless to the child. He has had it since he was born and soothes him at night. It should be very obvious to the person who cleaned our room of the toy.
