But being able to communicate with a person would be nice. Why did Microsoft take my paid version of office off my computer and replace it with a trial version then tell me I have to pay for an upgrade? Or is it because we bought a new office 365 for the new computer and it is trying to force us to use it on this piece of garbage in order to remove old documents?
