The store organized I give them that and just that. The employees on returns are incompetent and have an nasty attitude when proven incorrect.

I wanted to return my wireless Powerbeats Pro.
Note: I have my receipt, all of the contents of the box that came with the earphones, and it was barely used in the 15 days of my possession.

They couldn t correctly identify the serial number the first or second time. They had me call the Apple/ Beats and they told me the serial number is not on the earpieces that s why it wouldn t match with the box, but the serial number is on the case. When I went back in the for the third time they didn t even help me they just said Jen just left we can t help you. You can go to another store or come back tomorrow. I am very calm person but I have never ever felt this frustrated with anyone in retail.

I went to the the target in Fairview park and I got my return in literally 2 minutes. If you want better customer service go to Fairview park they are much friendlier in returns
