I recently took my father into Leximed for a consultation and was appalled by my experience. I overheard one of the senior staff members "Deborah", berating her staff and almost reducing the poor girl on the front counter to tears. The kind of open work place bullying I witnessed has no place in Australian society, this organisation seriously needs to address their workplace culture.
