I purchased an LG washer 7/2017 and was excited I was getting a high tech washer. Well 7 months later and all these parts need to be replaced. The service company 3/30 goes to order new parts and they wont be available until 5/27/2018. Now that they wasted a whole month of my time with uploading receipts they tell me none of them were acceptable??? A hand written receipt from a mom and pop shop in Brooklyn??? I go out of my way to get them an electronic invoice and still not acceptable. So they waste a whole month of my back and forth with receipts and WOW all of a sudden they have the part in stock!!! When I haven't been able to use the machine since 3/30 now 4/20. I told them I wanted a new machine or my money back. No can do now that the part is in!! That is what they promised me on 3/30. I will get a new machine or money back. I believe we need to get BBB involved. Company is worthless now and machine still not fixed. I called them starting 3/30, 4/2, 4/4, 4/5, 4/6, 4/10, 4/11 now 4/20. Not one person called me to follow up. What kind of customer service is this??? It is Korean customer service??? Very bad business. I don't know where to go next?? any ideas??
