I came here as I have had poor results from another local dealership. I will be honest, I will need to see if another visit changes my mind. Nothing spectactular, but again, was only a simple oil change/tire rotation, so not sure anything needs to be spectacular... Guess we will see...

Update:
This is my second basic service Appt at this location after leaving another location due to poor service. The first oil change took nearly 1.5 hours and this one took two hours!!! This vehicle is a 2014 and very well kept... it should never take this long... on top of that, Adina, was unable to communicate recommended services (Throttle body) and claimed she was new there so could get someone... knowing you are going to recommend these, you could at least ask prior to going to the customer... this was the tipping point for me to continue to look for another dealer/service location and frankly even look to dump the poor GM environment all around.
