VIP Taxi's customer service is horrible. I've had several issues with them, but one particular event with an employee really struck a nerve.

VIP Taxi usually drives my hard of hearing, spanish speaking father to dialysis and drops him off back home. However on Thursday, December 22, 2016, my mother and I received a call from an employee. She asks if Jose Rodriguez had been picked up. I was confused and told her that no, he's at dialysis and needs to be picked up by them . That they're the ones that pickhim up. She says okay, that they'll send a driver, then hangs up. Immediately, my mom gets a text from VIP TAXI saying 'sorry we missed you. If you want to use us....' . Now my mom and I are worried. I decide to call the number the woman just called me from. I told her about the text and she rudely told me that a driver was sent but was told by a person who worked at dialysis that my father was picked up. I tell her that wasn't possible. We have established what days VIP Taxi comes for my dad for dialysis. Everything was set up so they're sent automatically. She cuts me off shouting, 'LISTEN TO ME, LISTEN TO Me!He's NOT THERE. ' I hang up, I had no intent on arguing with someone when I had no idea where my father was . I call dialysis and a kind employee puts me on hold while she looks for him . She doesn't find him though. By then I've decided to look for him myself and involve the cops. However, I immediately get a call from VIP Taxi, in a completely different tone, the same girl from earlier informs me she sent a driver again and they have found him. I ask her if she's the same girl from earlier and she says yes. I ask her for her name. She replies, Taylor. I ask her, 'what's your last name?' Ignoring my question, she replies, ' I'm not comfortable giving you my last name' I ask her if she's really refusing to tell me. She says, ' I'm the only Taylor here so if you ask for me they'll know.'

I couldn't believe how disrespectful she had been. Use a sufferers to company that actually cares about the people . That's was no way to handle a problem.
