BUYER BEWARE.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE even though...
BUYER BEWARE.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE even though their site advertises exceptional customer service using "cutting edge technology" to provide the best possible customer service. LIARS. I provided all info their site requested of me. They sent a kit according to only the info their site had quarried. WRONG KIT for my application. When I contacted them, since I had installed the first 2 parts in order of succession and then found the 3rd and last part (belt) wasn't long enough, they refused to rectify the situation by exchanging the uninstalled belt for one of the correct length. Tried to file a complaint with the BBB, I kept getting Error Code 404 as though the information they have given is either old or has changed. HOW CONVENIENT! (FOR THEM THEY THINK). I will not give up until they send me the right part. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Their are enough other online parts stores that provide much better service (Auto Anything for example). Let's make these people either clean up their act or put them out of business
