I had an awful customer service experience with this company. It started where you can only contact someone by email. Their representatives are completely inflexible and unreasonable. I had a negative experience trying to return parts and recovering a core fee. I am in a situation where my billing and shipping address are different. Rock auto claims they provide discounted shipping labels. However, buyer beware, that is only if the two address match up. This is not disclosed anywhere. In my situation, I paid $55 in shipping to recover a $70 core fee. I also had other parts to return and all needed to be returned to different outlets. In total, I spent $250 in shipping to get $500 back. Despite several attempts to come to a reasonable compromise, there was no reasonable understanding or flexibility. I acknowledge that I should have to pay return costs, but the amount is prohibitive and their customer service is horrible. In retrospect, I should have just kept the parts for future repairs or resale. I will not be a returning customer.
