I've been going back and forth trying to dispute a Comcast account on my account in collection. i submitted a fraud packet and dispute file. and i have yet to receive any response. Even though,
I am not responsible for that account. They are completely unhelpful. every question i asked them they did not know the answer to. and now im stuck with this false account on my credit. they suggested i just pay it to get it off of my credit but its not my account. This is a terrible establishment.
