Please investigate or turn over to the proper authorities the case of Tettemer V Lehigh County Humane Society. A case in which over a million dollars in profits or proceeds was made based on fraudulent claims to the general public with investors from multiple states. The commonwealth of Pennsylvania has a right to know how much money is flowing through its state and not being claimed. The public and the department of treasury have a right to know if they were the victim of a fraud or not. Clue number one. Did they claim or file there income? Clue number two. Where did all the money go ?
