Inspectors do not complete their job requirements ...

Inspectors do not complete their job requirements and are not honest. Had wind damage from Harvey. Roof leaking through a vent flashing onto my ac handler.
Also had water coming through a window.
The first inspector said his ladder wasn't tall enough to reach my second story. Lol. So he left for Florida.
The second inspector said he would call and make an appointment with me. He never called. I called him a couple of days later and he said he had no excuse for not calling and apologized.
The third one said that he could not do anything about the window but would write up to replace/replace the window sill that was damaged due to the water entering the house. But he would not get in the roof. Said he need to come back when the roof was dry. Ooooook. I had NO idea if he came or not. No call. No notification.
I just heard from Allcat and they were checking on the situation.
I told her about it. She doesn't even know if he came back or not. Her report says that there was not any wind/rain damage!! LOL. What a joke.
You pay alllll this freaking money to have insurance and then they don't want to fix what they say they will fix. What BS!
Fire and rehire ppl that want to do the job and do it correctly. I don't ask customers to come in and do my job for me at work!
