My mom took her sick cat there last night. Was told to arrive 30
Minutes before appointment, she arrived 45 min before the appointment, was finally called 2 HOURS AFTER appointment! They had her cat in there for 2.5 HOURS, called her and said they couldn t examine him because he was mad. She warned them that he was an angry cat around unknown people, and them leaving him in a carrier for 4 hours that he peed and pooped in didn t help his stress!
Horrible experience!!!!
