Signed up with this company in October of 2014. Provided them with my company credit card for payment. We were switching our phones from Charter but still needed to keep Charter internet. We completed all their required documents and were told by our sales rep they would contact Charter, port our numbers over and inform Charter we would be discontinuing our phone service but would keep their internet. Our phone bills with Charter never changed, never saw our rep again, we made several calls and found out our rep was no longer with their company. We were given no training on their products. We assumed they never ported our number since our billing with Charter never changed. After 9 months of no invoices, no calls, no emails nothing, we received a certified letter stating we owed them for 9 months of service. I contacted their collections department and was told everything would be put on hold and they would have our new sales rep contact us. It's been a week, no contact from the company. Thankfully, our phones and internet still work. Calling Charter now to make sure nothing gets ported over.
