The hosting fell and it took around 2hrs to respond to raise the server. I highlight the quick resolution of the problem, but I leave a point to improve in that only the telephone attention is from 10am to 6pm, and in case the server goes down there is no way to contact them, since the page falls and they serve 24 hours just for the page. They should improve the service to make it more than 24 hours of telephone attention in a hosting when everything is urgent because of the visibility it has towards clients.
