The good: this theater offers indie/arthouse films in a a clean, tranquil comfortable setting, convenient times and seldom crowded.

The bad: Was shocked to find that their newly available wine and beer is insanely expensive and require ridiculous hoop-jumping; yes, even 60+ must show ID, you must put on a wrist band, and if you are purchasing a second glass for someone else, you must make two separate trips, two separate purchases. A stingy cup of chardonnay costs $12.98. Lesson learned: will NEVER purchase concessions here. Won't get fooled again!
